to be unbothered by _________ fill in the blank(s). Our pride, in my opinion, doesn’t permit us. Or is it fear? I am unsure which is the most harmful. Like the chicken and the egg, which comes first, right? Yet, DOES IT MATTER? Of course, the answer is no.

Feelings (reactions) spread out to encompass our surroundings, even if internal, and end up taking up and swallowing the essence of us. I have said it before and will repeat it, sorry, but: drop the end of the rope. End the tug-of-war. I originally wrote your rope but decided against it — the rope is never yours to begin with.

Which I think is why it is not so simple to abide by it. It. You know what I mean. Often, I question the simplicity of being because we would all be doing it if it were so. But then I am reminded that, more often than not, we know what to say or do, and even think, but we don’t. We take the path of least resistance or most satisfaction.

This then brings me to what’s real. I ❣️ reality + truth, which lead back to the path of simplicity and being bare. Unencumbered. Love it. It’s a circle. I know this. Whatever it and this may be.
