what we say + when + why
woof! synchronicity (!) at work —
wrote & pondered (!) this morning about flow.
saying what we think
when we know it 1) should not be said, 2) may be untrue, 3) feels like the thing to do + just wants to come out, is usually what shouldn’t come out.
generally, it seems easier to do
the improper than the proper — dunno why … to go with the flow running through our heads instead of the steady hand of reason that always, always, reminds us to wait. To drop the rope.
The tug-of-war is mainly with ourselves.
yikes, this was only meant to be an excerpt of like a blue thread
Picked this already-written post because it’s been a long time since the first part and I felt like it. I copied and pasted the excerpt without fully reading it, planning to edit and cut it off wherever … but, as I read, it made sense to leave it at flow.
we flow when we allow it. you know what i mean.
