I now use Scrivener to manage my blog
= each month
= a post
Where I add the date of the post, so I can scroll down the documents on the left and see the dates on the right. That way I don’t have to date the name of the post — too much information in one spot. Now both sides are clear and easy to read.
Keywords = the CATS (categories) and TAGS of the post
Status and Label
Status = standard options (I could EDIT them, but I am using them as they are; otherwise, I would spend time on something that’s unnecessary at this moment):
NO STATUS — TO DO — IN PROGRESS — FIRST DRAFT — FINAL DRAFT — DONE — EDIT
Label = standard options are colors (I could EDIT them, but … as above). Using GREEN for posts already on site.
