everything else is an obstacle

The impetus to set down what’s in my heart is gratitude and a lesson — almost imperceptible (slight, gradual, or subtle) as it may be. Perhaps, if I had to choose what I most like, that would be it: to learn, to expand, to be still. Is that one or three?

mmm, did not mean to write all that

So it’d seem that they should go the other way around, as I believe the lesson | goal | prize | treasure is in stillness. In the within. Not being mystical or sappy. And even though it sounds wrong, in dancing too, because dancing shatters the confines of my mind

so that i am free … like a scent

In essence (no pun intended! =): to live as the spirit I am, more than the mind I have. The body just is — responds to, and carries the weight of (could so go on a tangent), the mind. So then, why do I live in my head so much?
