that to brighten things up a bit, enliven:

straight position, head to sky, draw an invigorating breath. Continue to breathe in for longer than breathing out.

to slow things down,

for a conscious settling, you got it, extend the outbreath: long, luxurious (that’s what he said) exhales.

i find that stretching my spine,

rolling back the shoulders and relaxing the jaw immediately puts me in a different state of mind, yet I must want to. Why not live that way ALL THE TIME? How on earth, oh why, oh why, do I forget?

deliberate breathing

can bring energy or chillax – otherwise, I coast, which is not a bad thing either, hopefully, for maximum benefit, for 5 ½ seconds.  I know, I know, how do you regulate that?

practice – practice – practice

I love breathing, or as I say: breeeeaaathing. dah’ling.

and no, i am not going to paris (yet), but will be close enough soon!
