I know I posted about Writing recently, but it occurred to me just now that I should (and want to) continue to write A Tale To Tell while translating Mine To Give, among other endeavors (like changing its cover 🙄). I have been concerned that the story might have left, passed me by, or gone out of me.

but it hasn’t. doubt it ever will.

Genuinely believe I am meant to write it, even though it has already morphed from what I originally intended — the purpose is the same, but the character’s circumstances not so much.

I

opened a folder in Scrivener and filled it with over a dozen blank pages titled with an idea, a nudge, a character or story deviation, and thought: this will be my dumping ground. When I have a strong desire, thought, or voice that I may not be compelled to carry out but need to let out … I write.
