driving home from an errand

a song came on that took me out of my skin, and as it began, I said OUT LOUD (very out loud=) “I need another lifetime just so I can dance!” (Haven’t danced as much as I would like to in this one.) Then added, in a lower tone of voice, “Not that I want to come back just for that if I don’t have to.”

in the midst of it

a thought occurred to me that blew me away — driving is such a creative outlet. More or less, it was this: my qualities and skills are not for others to see, know, enjoy, or praise (DON’T ASK). No one needs to know what I can do and what I do do. Or not. (Could so go on a tangent or | and a circle.) Those blessings are

for my purpose

whatever it may be, whatever it is. Uplifting and freeing.

i played the song twice, and once home, i played it again + danced ❣️ 💃🏽 how could i not?

Quickie one, the RISD classes están acabando conmigo. No true way to translate it, but it’s somewhat akin to are hammering me down. What drama 🙄 Although I am studying and learning and creating, two classes in six weeks is a bit much. Plus,

the garden is exploding!

We went to the Fine Arts Museum in Boston, and I have tons of photographs. I am reading galore! Translating a tad. Meditating. Eating healthier. So much, yet still honing in on something not quite there, here.

or perhaps it is

so the muse is back … emm … she never left

“why did you leave?”

“i didn’t.”

Yes, she did. He still dreams, when he allows for dreaming, of the fluidity with which she fled down the staircase, the gown floating behind her.

“if pink and white birds exist, you are one.”

“My heart shrunk, or maybe it was my soul.”

“I thought I lost you.”

“you did. that’s why i know i didn’t leave.”

“If I lose you again, would you reappear the way you do, starting my heart with your presence?”

“If you never see me again, it’d be because you’re blind.”

SHIMMERING BLANKET OF DIAMONDS

* a tad surprised when i saw this title, but not really =)

(not quickie but a rambler, sowy)

and just a couple of days later:
it took me longer than necessary to clean because i had music blasting. easier to clean with music, but it (usually) takes longer.

this is so disjointed!
