La Cocina is the name of a restaurant, and somebody says La Co-china, thinking they’re being wise, like saying cucina in Italian, and, of course, cochina in Spanish is a dirty pig.
And not just a pig, but … cochina implies dirtiness and filthiness, as supposed to a hog, or pork, but … yea, when you say cochina it’s a dirty, filthy, pig. Or person.

the proper way to pronounce cocina (kitchen) is by giving the second c an s sound — the first c is hard, the second c is soft — like the word concentrate
the ch sound happens only after the letter h follows a c
italian pronunciation is different
